O3pro's detailed upgrade assessment includes a comprehensive depiction and inventory of your systems, customizations, interfaces, custom reports, product reporting and business intelligence capabilities along with integrations to third-party applications.
Before the detailed upgrade assessment begins we ask you to complete questionnaires to help understand your current environment and to learn what information is already known and what needs to be determined. If necessary, O3Pro can help you complete these questionnaires.
As part of the detailed upgrade assessment process O3Pro works with your technical and functional teams to:
- Review your current business processes requirements and determine how those requirements are affected by changes in the implemented CRM/ERP packages
- Assess the changes between your current and the new applications release and map the changes to the business process requirements you identified
- Identify any necessary changes in your information systems architecture
- Assess the impact on customizations that will not be automatically migrated to the new system and prepare estimates for updating existing customizations
- Determine the impact of the new release on data that will not be migrated by the upgrade process
