For all positions, we expect you to be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. We would love to hear from you if you have more than 3 years of experience in the following streams;
Siebel CRM
with 3-5 years of experience in Siebel 7.5,7.7 and 7.8 versions, at least 2 full life cycle Siebel implementations experience, familiarity with at least one methodology and strong experience in application configuration, Workflow and scripting. Siebel 7.5 or higher certification is desired.
with 3-5 years of experience in Siebel 7.5,7.7 and 7.8 versions, at least 2 full life cycle Siebel implementations experience, familiarity with at least one methodology and strong experience in Siebel EAI, strong skills in at least one of the middleware applications such as BizTalk, MQSeries and WebMethods. Siebel 7.5 or higher certification is desired.
with 5-8 years of experience of either leading or working in a team to assist the clients and implementation teams in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, business process mappings, leading JAD sessions, functional specifications, testing, QA and project managemet. Siebel 7.5 or higher certification is desired.
For PM positions, PMP certification is desired but not necessary along with strong knowledge of at least one industry sector including Financial, Communications, Insurance and Public Sector.
with 3-5 years of experience as a Conversion developer with strong knowledge of Siebel 7 Data model, excellent skills in data mappings and creating ifb files, strong skills to develop extract and upload scripts using various programming languages such as Pl/SQL, T-SQL, VB Scripts etc. Must have good analytical skills to trouble shoot data issues and work with clients in the data cleansing efforts.
Siebel Analytics
with 3-5 years of experience in Siebel Analytics 7.5,7.7 and 7.8 versions, at least 2 full life cycle Siebel implementations experience, familiarity with at least one implementation methodology, Experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts and design, Experience with Siebel Analytics development and design, Programming experience must include at least one or more of the following languages - Java, J2EE, C or C++, Visual Basic, HTML XML, SQL or JavaScript and Experience with one or more ETL tools - Informatica, Ab Initio, Ascential DataStage
Business Intelligence
with specific skills in Microsoft Analysis Manager. Candidates must have a very good understanding of OLAP concepts and complex OLAP CUBE development concepts, good understanding of business and corporate accounting procedures and skill sets in MS Analysis Manager, OLAP concepts, SQL and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of IBM iSeries, RPG400, CL, Lotus Notes, dotNet, MS Access & ODBC, Crystal Reports XI and Business Objects Enterprise XI would be an asset.
